Terms of Service

These legal terms govern the strategic business intelligence and growth analysis services provided by COYOTE, operated by CIONAOD Inc. in Kanata, Ontario, Canada.

All strategic services, including our Scout, Hunt, and Pack tiers, are paid in full and in advance. Upon receipt of payment and your completed onboarding questionnaire, our analysis begins.

Service Terms

Draft reports are delivered to your designated email address within forty-eight hours of receiving your complete onboarding data. Delays in questionnaire submission will delay report delivery.

COYOTE delivers raw intelligence, strategic dossiers, and step-by-step build plans. These documents contain strategic recommendations based on public digital footprints and proprietary analysis.

Client Responsibility

All final execution decisions, engineering implementations, and business modifications remain the sole responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

This agreement and all services provided are operated by CIONAOD Inc., located in Kanata, Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario.
